Team Profile

Andrew Baty is Queensland born and raised. He was appointed District Court Bailiff in Toowoomba at the tender age of 16 before venturing out into his own business Darling Downs Mercantile Agency serving legal documents in Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.

A strategic business move to the Sunshine Coast in 1990 has seen the business grow into the Sunshine Coast's largest and most respected Process Serving Agencies.  Initially trading as Andrew Baty & Associates and for the past 14 years ABA Legal Document Service. This job often requires Andrew to use his negotiation and interpersonal skills to avoid conflict in an already tense situation.
